As with Pharm’s course, this orderflow course (even the Artisan course) is not intended to be an exhaustive beginning to end course covering every aspect of orderflow. The videos are purposefully designed to be between five to fifteen minutes to cover the important concepts and setups. This allows for quick progression through the course and makes it easy to revisit previous videos.
The Acolyte course starts with basic concepts to lay the foundation for traders regardless of if you have ever heard the word “orderflow” before. We then move on to different charts and tools you can use to visualize orderflow and finish the course with practical applications.
I view orderflow as another tool in trading and primarily use it to refine my execution when entering trades. If you have taken Pharm’s course, you will find that there are many similarities in this course with respect to concepts such as supply/demand but viewing this information through a different lense. By the end of the Acolyte course the goal is for traders to be able to apply these orderflow concepts and add it as an additional tool in their trading.
If you find the information in the application section of the Acolyte course helpful, then you will be even more excited about the Artisan course. This course will have an expanded catalogue of trade replays that will be continuously updated, go deeper into previously discussed concepts, and will also have the occasional collaboration video between myself and Pharm to show how both of our trading styles come together.
For those of you who don’t know me, I go by BWG. I’ve been part of Pharm’s community since Day 1. I primarily trade NQ and use many of the same concepts as Pharm, such as Volume Profile to frame the bigger trading landscape. For intraday execution I rely heavily on orderflow to give me the confidence on when to enter a trade or stay out of the market.
